Responsibilities

l Lead the R&D team in product design and development based on product requirements and design specifications, ensuring the feasibility, rationality, and innovation of product designs.

l Formulate detailed project schedules, explicitly defining milestones, time nodes, and resource allocations for each phase.

l Responsible for developing, executing, and controlling the project cost budget to secure steady project progression within financial limits.

lEstablish and implement product quality control standards and testing verification schemes to ensure product designs satisfy customer requirements and industry standards; organize or participate in trial production, testing, and verification to identify and eliminate potential risks in a timely manner.

l Maintain efficient communication and coordination with clients, technical support teams, and other stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement and optimization.

l Closely monitor project progress, organize immediate cross-functional analyses, and deliver effective solutions when bottlenecks arise to guarantee smooth project execution.

l Conduct phase summaries and project post-mortems (reviews) to ensure continuous optimization of internal workflows and methodologies.

Requirements

l Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and coordination; candidates who have successfully led or participated in full-lifecycle product development projects are highly preferred.

l Possess unique perspectives and a deep understanding of hardware structures and sheet metal components.

l Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro/E, and other professional design software, backed by strong structural design and analytical capabilities.

l Equipped with excellent project management competencies, familiar with PM workflows and tools, and capable of managing project teams and resources with high efficiency.

lExceptional communication and coordination skills coupled with a strong team spirit. Capable of analyzing complex problems under pressure and delivering effective solutions to prevent project delays.
