Responsibilities

l Industry Experience: Candidates with prior hands-on experience in sheet metal processing will be given top priority.

l Technical Mastery: Proficiently master the design principles, fabrication techniques, and process workflows of sheet metal components.

l Equipment & Welding Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of sheet metal bending, welding techniques, and welding fixtures/jigs.

l Process Optimization: Continuously optimize and streamline each manufacturing stage of the sheet metal production line.

l Cross-Departmental Communication: Communicate effectively with the production team to accurately calculate and analyze cycle times for each process step.

l Seniority Advantage: Candidates with 5+ years of dedicated experience in the sheet metal industry are highly preferred.

Requirements

lProfessional Background: Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience as an Industrial Engineer (IE).

lPossess deep insights and unique perspectives regarding sheet metal components and structures.

l Master mainstream professional design software such as AutoCAD and Pro/E, with robust capabilities in structural design and finite element analysis.

l Excellent communication, coordination, and team-collaboration skills. Able to systematically analyze root causes and propose effective solutions when facing challenges to ensure project timelines remain unaffected.
