A: If your standing desk is not functioning properly, please follow the steps below:

1. Check the power supply.
   Make sure the control box is receiving power.

2. Reconnect all cables.
   Unplug and reconnect all cables and connectors. Ensure that every cable is securely connected.

3. Verify the power outlet.
   Plug the power cord into a verified working electrical outlet.

4. Reset the desk.
   Perform a system reset by following the reset instructions provided above.

5. Inspect for damage.
   Check the cables, connectors, and control box for any signs of damage. If any components are damaged, please contact AOKE Customer Support.

If the issue persists after completing the steps above, please contact AOKE Customer Support for further assistance.

Like most electronic devices, your standing desk may occasionally require a reset, especially after being moved or left unused for an extended period. In such cases, simply follow the reset procedure above to restore normal operation.

This issue is usually caused by the drive shaft rubbing against the motor housing. Simply pull the drive shaft outward slightly to eliminate the contact and reduce the noise.

You may need to reset the desk during the initial setup, after moving the desk, or if the system encounters an error.

To reset the system:

1. Press and hold both the Up and Down buttons simultaneously. The desk will move to its lowest position and then make a slight upward movement ("bounce"). The LED display will show "000", and the control box will emit a beep. Continue holding both buttons until the bounce and beep are complete.

2. Press the Up button to raise the desk to your desired height.

Depending on the hand controller model, you can store multiple memory points:

1. Adjust the desk to the desired height

2. Press the S/M button → display flashes “S-”

3. Press a number button (1–n) simultaneously to store the height

When the system shows an error or the hand controller displays “RST”:

a)Enter Initialization Mode:

①　Press and hold the “▼” button until the motor stops, then release.

②　Press “▼” for 5 seconds to enter initialization mode.

③　Keep pressing during this step; releasing will cancel initialization.

b)Confirmation:

①　A beep sound indicates successful initialization.
