During AOKE’s normal operation, from the product delivery date, original core components of the legs (inner/outer tubes, connectors, motor, screw rods, and other self-manufactured core parts) are covered for:

• Free repair

• Free replacement

⚠️ Does not cover misuse, overloading, accidental damage, or normal wear

We implement a tiered warranty policy：

• Self-made electronic control system (control board, program, hand controller): 5-year warranty

• Purchased standard components (motors, desk boards, etc.): Warranty per original manufacturer; AOKE provides assistance

• The "Lifting Column Lifetime Warranty" policy only applies to new orders signed on or after January 1, 2026 (inclusive).

• Previous orders will continue to execute the warranty terms of the original contract.

AOKE's warranty responsibility is only directed towards customers who sign contracts directly with us (B-end) — which is you (the distributor).

• Distributors are responsible for the after-sales service of their own end-user customers (C-end).

• It is recommended to clarify the warranty terms in your sales contract.

• Meanwhile, the warranty process between AOKE and you will follow the provisions in Chapter 4 of this policy.

Please submit a written application through your account manager or the official service email, and provide:

• Purchase contract number

• Product serial number

• Detailed description of the fault

We will provide our first response to you within 1 working day.
